- Provide Patient Education as well as training with emphasis on independence
Status Post Arthroscopy (short term home care)
- Avoid complications
- Ensure optimal results with progression to Outpatient Physical Therapy or continued Home Exercise Program
- Promote early return to work/function
Services to Assist In Recovery
Bay Nursing RN CASE MANAGER/PHYSICAL THERAPIST, will perform a comprehensive assessment. In collaboration with the physician, the case manager will generate a specific plan of care.
