Status Post Arthroscopy (short term home care)

  • Ensure optimal results with progression to Outpatient Physical Therapy or continued Home Exercise Program

Bay Nursing RN CASE MANAGER/PHYSICAL THERAPIST, will perform a comprehensive assessment. In collaboration with the physician, the case manager will generate a specific plan of care.
